You want to feel rested and more like yourself instead of like you’re “on call” for everyone else.
You want to have the energy to be playful, but you are swimming in mental load and don’t know how to get out without having a real-life Mary Poppins show up on your doorstep.
Chances are you’ve received generational and cultural modeling of motherhood as self-sacrifice and martyrdom. Not to mention, the larger systemic forces at play (think lack of paid leave and support for families and a broken childcare system.)
It’s no wonder you’re tired and frazzled and don’t see a clear path towards reclaiming yourself.
What is Time Freedom anyway?
In our culture, we tend to measure "success" by our ability to accumulate stuff. Think big houses, the "right" clothes, and extravagant vacations.
Time Freedom is the understanding that time is limited and precious AND that we're in control of how we spend it (for the most part.) Sure, there will always be bills to pay and kids to feed, and while we can't do whatever we want at any given moment, we can have the freedom to choose to do more of what we love and want to do to nourish ourselves.
We can be free from the emotional baggage (and subconscious programming) that prevents us from taking time for ourselves and enjoying it. We cannot fully reap the benefits of that time if we are ruminating in unhelpful patterns of thinking and feeling.
So I want you to pause, take a breath, and REALLY hear this…
You are not alone!
AND it doesn’t have to be this way.
Believe it or not, your time is yours to reclaim, and I’ll lay out a specific, actionable plan for exactly how to do it.
I know it feels unfair that you have to figure out how to prioritize your own well-being and be a mindful parent while trying to keep everyone else alive and fed.
I understand the complete overwhelm that comes with managing the mental load of motherhood while also juggling work, your marriage, and all the other life things.
I understand the deep craving for fun and guilt-free alone time without the caveat that it must be “productive.” The paradox of wanting to be/do differently to set a better example for your kids but having no proven map or support on how to actually do it is REAL, and you’re not alone.
As Einstein says, “We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.”
In other words, you can’t make more time for yourself when you are stuck in habitual patterns of thinking about how you have no time.

This program is the culmination of my 10+ years of experience as a therapist and coach supporting women and moms. I’ve helped them become more self-aware, take ownership of their experience from its root (the body), and create sustainable, long-lasting change.
I come to you from a place of lived experience and licensed credentials. I can confidently say that I am a seasoned blend of personal and professional experience. This series is the foundation of what I teach and practice in my own personal life. I wholeheartedly believe that we all have an inherent thriving inside us, and we just haven’t been given the right education, support, or tools to access that thriving. It is my life’s work to help women and mothers understand the root cause of their suffering and offer them an actionable path forward out of their overwhelm and burnout.
There will be three live 1 hr calls on: Tues 4/30 at 10 am, Friday 5/3 at 1 pm, Mon 5/6 at 7:45 pm EST
Replays will be available for one week after our final session.
Personally, I’ve signed up for a lot of things and have never watched the replay. Showing up live guarantees that you will honor your intention and desire to make more time for yourself AND set the wheels in motion for real change to occur. With that said, life happens! And if there is one call that you can show up live for, I recommend the final one ie. Activating the Flourished Mother as this call will be fully experiential, and showing up live will help you be more present and engaged.
All Time Freedom participants will have access to a community space throughout the series. This space is a great place to reflect, ask questions, and get support from Sarah.
I can’t say this loud enough - YES! If you’re stuck in the rut of “I’ll have more time for x or myself when….”, please do yourself a favor and sign up/show up for this series.
